德清县基本情况介绍

德清县地处长江三角洲杭嘉湖平原西部，是经济社会和生态协调发展的江南富庶之城。德清紧邻杭州城北，交通便利：杭宁高铁、宣杭铁路、104国道、杭宁高速、申嘉湖杭高速穿境而过，距离杭州主城区20分钟车程，距离湖州30分钟车程，距离上海不到两小时车程。

浙江德清经济开发区（高新区）成立于1992年7月，前身为浙江省莫干山经济开发区，1993年10月经浙江省人民政府批准为首批省级经济开发区，2005年12月通过国家发改委重新审核，更名为浙江德清经济开发区，2010年升级为浙江省级高新技术产业园区。园区分为高新产业发展区、商务商贸区、先进制造提升区、研发创业新兴区、城市景观改造区、和生态休闲服务区的等六大区块，形成高端装备制造、生物医药、电子信息等三大主导产业，拥有佐力药业、升华拜克、华盛达股份、德华兔宝宝、美都控股、金磊耐火、我武生物等7家上市公司。至2013年底，园区拥有规模以上企业108家，产值227亿元。

德清生物医药产业发展起步于20世纪80年代初期，经过20多年的发展，已初步形成以生物农兽药为特色，涵盖医药及中间体、现代中药及保健品、医卫用品等产业，具有一定国内外竞争力的高新技术产业群。2008年8月，基地被国家科技部命名为“国家火炬计划德清生物医药特色产业基地”；2009年9月，被国家商务部命名为“生物与医药国家科技兴贸创新基地”；2010年9月，浙江省人民政府确定将基地列入浙江省块状经济向现代产业集群转型升级示范区。 

A Brief Introduction to Deqing County

Deqing County, a wealthy land in the south of Yangtze river delta, is located in the western part of Hangjiahu plain in Yangtze river delta. The economy and eco-environment of Deqing County have been developed in a coordinate way. Bordering the north of Hangzhou City, Deqing enjoys easy access. The complete traffic network includes Xuanhang railway, provincial highway 109, national highway 104, Ning-hang expressway, Hushang expressway and Ninghang high-speed railway. It takes about 20 minutes to Hangzhou, 30 minutes to Huzhou and less than 2 hours to Shanghai.

Zhejiang Deqing Economic Development Zone was transformed from Zhejiang Moganshan Economic Development Zone, which was approved by the provincial government in 1993, among the list of the first batch of provincial economic development zones. It was re-evaluated by the National Development and Reform Commission in 2005 and renamed as Zhejiang Deqing Economic Development Zone. In the year 2010, it was approved as provincial high-tech industrial zone. The zone covers six industrial districts: high-tech, commerce, manufacturing, R&D and innovation, city landscape and tourism. The three pillar industries in the county, - advanced manufacturing，bio-pharmaceutical industry and electronic information industry,  now have 7 listed companies, that is, Jolly pharmaceutical, Shenghua Biok, HSD holdings, Tubao veneer, Meidu holdings, Jinlei refractories and Wolwo pharma. By the end of 2013, the number of enterprises above designated size in the zone reached 108 and the regional GDP reached RMB 22.7 billion.

Bio-pharmaceutical industry in Deqing started to develop in the 1980’s. After development for two decades, it has grown up into a competitive high-tech industrial group, featuring pharmaceutical and intermediates, modern Chinese medicine and health products, biological pesticide and veterinary drug and so on. The industrial base of Deqing County was granted the titles of “National Torch Program Deqing Biopharmaceutical Industry Base” by National Ministry of Science and Technology in August 2008, and “National Sci-tech Innovation Base for Biology and Medicine” in September2009 by National Ministry of Commerce, and a model area of upgrading massive economic towards modern industrial cluster in Zhejiang Province by the provincial government in September 2010.
