安吉县基本情况介绍

 安吉建县于公元185年，全县面积1886平方公里，人口46万，是中国首个生态县，享有中国第一竹乡、中国白茶之乡、中国椅业之乡和中国竹地板之都之美誉。被评为全国文明县城、全国卫生县城、全国首批休闲农业与乡村旅游示范县。

1、区位优势

安吉地处长三角经济圈几何中心，交通便利。县内的杭长高速、申苏浙皖高速和已动工的申嘉湖高速安吉延伸段形成了30分钟抵杭湖、90分钟达沪宁的快速交通格局；杭州萧山国际机场、上海虹桥国际机场、浦东国际机场、南京禄口国际机场等都只有1-3小时车程；已规划的商合杭高铁过境将在安吉设站；从杭州延伸至安吉的轻轨也已列入杭州市交通规划；浙江省最大的内河支线港口-安吉港可以直接报关进出口。

2、地理环境   

安吉境内森林覆盖率和植被覆盖率分别高达71%和75%，是气净、水净、土净的“三净之地”。2012年9月，安吉荣膺联合国人居奖，成为中国自1990年参与联合国人居奖评选以来唯一获此殊荣的县。

安吉全力打造长三角首选乡村休闲旅游目的地。灵峰旅游度假区的全面建设和25公里休闲产业带的加快推进，使得一批旅游综合体和高端休闲项目初显雏形，形成了天文观象、高山滑雪、竹海熊猫、生态影视等特色景点。特别是自然风光旅游的蓬勃兴起，进一步打响了安吉美丽乡村的品牌。2013年，安吉县旅游人次达1044万、旅游收入18亿美元。

A Brief Introduction to Anji County

Anji County in the history was founded in as early as 185 A.D., covering an area 1,886 kms with a total population of 460,000. As the first national level eco-county in China, Anji has been granted a number of honorary titles – the hometown of bamboo, white teas and chairs. Anji is also known for its bamboo flooring. Anji is the national-level civilized county, health county, and listed among the first batch of the model counties for agritourism and rural tourism.

1.      Location Advantages

Anji county, located in the center of Yangtze River Delta, enjoys easy access. The convenient high-speed railway and expressways enable it to reach Hangzhou and Huzhou within 30 minutes and arrive at Shanghai and Nanjing within 90 minutes. The international airports in Hangzhou, Shanghai and Nanjing are all within the reachable distances of 1 – 3 hours. The new high speed railway from Shangqiu to Hanghzou under planning will pass through Anji and the intercity light rails will extend to Anji from Hangzhou. The largest inland river wharf in Zhejiang Province – Anji Wharf can handle the customs formalities of import and export directly.

2.    Geographical Environment

The rates of forest and vegetation coverage rate of the whole county are 75% and 71% respectively. The environment is long hailed as the land of clean air, clean water and clean land. In September 2012, Anji county was award the UN Habitat Prize and has become the first county in China to win such a prize since China began to involve in it.

The air quality within the region is the first level and water quality is above second level; thus the county is hailed as “three cleans” place with clean air, clean water and clean soil. Anji has been the first one in gaining the “China Human Settlement Prize” among all counties and villages in Sept. 2012. Anji strives to build the best destination for the rural tourism in Yangtze River Delta. The construction of Lingfeng Tourist Resort and 25 kilometers long tourist industry belt will set up a number of tourist companies and promote a number of high-end tourist projects. A number of scenery spots featuring astronomical observation, mountain skiing, pandas in bamboo sea and film-TV studio will be set up. Anji welcomed 10.44 million tourists in 2013 and received a tourist income of 180 million US dollars.

3.      Service Environment

Anji county government has achieved the consensus that project construction and industrial enterprises are dominant of all its work. The county respects the rights of investors and enterprises, and attaches importance to innovation and intellectual properties. The investment projects and its implementation are directly responsible by the top leaders of the department. The customs and commodities inspection have been set up in the county and are able to conduct directly in the county.
