历史文化悠久,资源禀赋充沛。湖州地处太湖南岸,因湖得名,是一座具有2300多年历史的江南古城,现辖吴兴、南浔两区和德清、长兴、安吉三县,总面积5818平方公里,人口264万。湖州山水清丽,生态优美,拥有南浔古镇、大竹海、裸心谷等知名景区,是“绿水青山就是金山银山理论”的诞生地,是全国首个地市级生态文明先行示范区,并先后获得中国投资环境百佳城市、中国最幸福十大城市等诸多荣誉称号。

区位优势明显,交通体系发达。湖州是沪宁杭三大城市的共同腹地,具备现代化的交通网络,杭宁、商合杭、沪苏湖三条高铁及申苏浙皖、杭宁、申嘉湖三条高速交汇穿过,毗邻浦东、虹桥、禄口、萧山四大机场,拥有长湖申黄金航道,通江达海。

产业特色鲜明,经济实力雄厚。湖州坚定不移实施“生态立市、工业强市、产业兴市、开放活市”战略,2016年全市GDP为2243.1亿元,人均达84,875元,已形成了休闲旅游、绿色家居、智能电梯、新能源、生物医药等产业集群,将全力加快发展信息经济、高端装备、健康产业、休闲旅游四大重点主导产业,改造提升金属新材、绿色家居、现代纺织三大传统优势产业,积极培育地理信息、新能源汽车等若干引领发展的新增长点,打造“4+3+N”产业新体系。

 

A Brief Introduction to Huzhou  City

 

Huzhou City boasts a long history and colorful culture, abundant in natural resources. Huzhou City is located on the southern bank of Taihu  Lake and was named after the vast lake. Huzhou is a historical city with a history of more than 2,300 years. Now Huzhou  Municipality has jurisdiction over Wuxing, Nanxun two districts and Deqing, Changxing, Anji three counties, covering an area of 5,818 km2 with a population of 2.64 million. Huzhou enjoys picturesque landscapes and beautiful environment. There are a number of famous tourist destinations in Huzhou, such as Nanxun Ancient Town, Great Bamboo  Sea in Anji, Naked Retreats in Deqing. It is the birthplace of the famous judgment that clean water and green mountains are the biggest treasures. Huzhou is the exclusive prefecture-level demonstration zone for conservation culture in China as well. Many honor titles, such as the Hundred Best Chinese City with the Favored Investment Environment and the Ten Happiest Chinese City etc, have been awarded to Huzhou City.

 

Huzhou City boasts unique location advantages and well-developed transportation system. Huzhou is known as the common hinterland of Shanghai, Nanjing and Hangzhou three big cities and is served by the modern traffic network. Three high speed railways and three expressways all cross through Huzhou City. Huzhou also neighbors Shanghai Pudong, Shanghai Hongqiao, Nanjing Lukou and Hanghzou Xiaoshan four international airports. The golden waterway from Changxing via Huzhou can reach Shanghai and gives access to the sea.

 

Huzhou City boasts vividly featuring industries and strong economic strengths. Huzhou City firmly implements the strategies that ecology, industry and opening up plays  dominant roles in development of the city. The GDP of Huzhou City in 2016 stood at 224.3 billion yuan with the per capita GDP 84,875 yuan. The industrial clusters of tourism, green home furnishing, elevators, new energy and biopharmaceutical sector etc, have been taken shape primarily in Huzhou. Huzhou City gives priority to develop the four leading industries - information economy, high-end equipment manufacturing, health industry and tourism, reforms and upgrade three traditional advantage industries – metallic materials, green home furnishing, textiles and apparels, and takes initiatives to cultivate new economic growth points such as geo-information, new energy automobile etc. A new industrial pattern called 4 + 3 +N for short will be formed in the near future in Huzhou.

高端装备制造业是七大战略性新兴产业之一,根据吴兴区产业优势及特点,于2012年成立湖州南太湖高新技术产业园区。其中,浙江省政府将园区核心区块14.12平方公里授牌并命名为“湖州现代物流装备高新技术产业园区”,产业规划由德国弗劳恩霍夫物流研究院规划设计,重点发展集物流解决方案、系统集成开发、设备制造、综合服务为一体的完整产业链,全力打造中国物流谷、争创国家级高新区。园区现已成为中国重要的物流装备制造业规模企业群集聚地之一,形成了较为完整的物流装备产业链,拥有三一重工、德马物流、精星物流、久立集团、锐格物流等现代物流装备及关联企业23家,其中全国制造业500强4家,省级物流装备企业研究院4家。

项目准备或进展情况:

高新区平台框架基本成型,公共资源配套完善,3560户房屋完成拆迁,投资50亿元兴建的政府性基础项目扎实推进,万亩熟地空间清晰显现。

项目建设规模和建设内容:

项目位于湖州现代物流装备高新技术产业园区的核心区域,规划面积1000亩,计划总投资25亿元,引进大型物流装备制造企业为核心,建设现代物流装备技术创新基地、现代物流装备电子与软件智能产业基地、现代物流装备高端制造产业基地。

Project: Modern Logistics Equipment Manufacturing Project

Project Site: Wuxing District

Project Background and Conditions:

The high-end equipment manufacturing sector is one of seven strategic emerging industries in Huzhou. Huzhou southern Taihu lake new and high technology industrial park was established in 2012, according to the industrial advantages and features of Wuxing district. The core area of 14.12 km2 has granted the name of Huzhou Modern Logistics Equipment New and High Technology Industrial Park by the Zhejiang provincial government. The industrial planning was engaged by Fraunhofer IML, Germany. The industrial park gives priority to developing a complete industrial chain including logistics solution, system integration and development, equipment manufacturing and comprehensive service, aiming at state-level new and high technology zone and building a logistics valley of China. The logistics equipment manufacturing industrial cluster has been formed in the park and there are as many as 30 major companies and supporting companies, such as Sany Heavy Industry, Demon Logistics, Jingxing Logistics, Jiuli Group, Ruige Logistics, which have gathered in the park, of which four companies are top 500 manufacturers in China and four corporate research institutes for logistics equipment are provincial level.

Project Progress:

The framework for the new and high zone platform has been taken shape. The demolition and relocation for 3560 residential houses have completed. The infrastructure project with an investment of 2.5 billion yuan by the government has made progress.

Plan of Implementation:

The project site is located in the core area of Huzhou modern logistics equipment new and high technology industrial park, with a planned area of 1,000 mu and a total investment of 2.5 billion. The project plans to introduce major companies for logistics equipment manufacturing and builds a logistics equipment technology innovation base, a logistics equipment electronics and software industry base and a high-end logistics equipment industry base.

Status of Chinese Partner:

Huzhou Southern Taihu Lake New and High Technology industrial Park is located at the heart of Yangtze River Economic Circle, a hinterland of Hangzhou Bay Industrial Belt and Taihu Lake Economic Circle, boasting obvious location advantages and enjoying convenient transportation. The park’s planned area totaled 75 km2 and it is divided into southern and northern two parts. The southern part of 37 km2 will develop logistics equipment, environmental protection, electronics and IT as its leading industry. The northern part of 38 km2 will develop international convention and exhibition, tourism, modern agriculture and tourist agriculture.

资源环境制约已成为当前经济社会发展面临的突出矛盾。解决节能环保问题,加快发展节能环保产业,对拉动投资和消费,形成新的经济增长点,推动产业升级和发展方式转变,促进节能减排和民生改善,实现经济可持续发展,具有十分重要的意义。

项目准备或进展情况:

中节能(湖州)节能环保产业园建有单(多)层机械厂房、电子厂房和小型研发厂房、综合办公楼。在标准厂房设计的基础上,力求产品多样化,积极贴近市场需求;部分厂房考虑加层、部分厂房地坪加强、部分厂房做了卸货平台,以满足不同企业的需求。目前一期部分主体结构已封顶,预计2016年11月份竣工完成,现已有10 多家企业签订了园区入驻协议。

项目建设规模和建设内容:

引进国内外先进的高效节能环保产品、先进节能环保技术及装备项目入驻,并利用产业园平台,对具有良好发展前景的入园企业进行投资、孵化。

合作内容与要求:

租赁或购买厂房。

项目中方情况简介:

中节能(湖州)节能环保产业园位于湖州市吴兴区南太湖高新区,是国务院国资委下属唯一一家专业从事节能环保、节能减排的中央企业--中国节能环保集团公司在湖州地区着力打造的首个绿色建筑示范园、节能环保产业集聚地,规划用地约640亩,计划总投资30亿元,园区按照绿色建筑星级标准开发建设,将建成集商务、研发、生产、展示、孵化配套为一体的绿色产业园区。

Project: Environmental Industry Park Project

Project Background and Conditions:

The constraints of resources and environment have already become the outstanding contradiction in the current economic and social development. The solution to environmental issues and development of environmental sector will stimulate investment and consumption, form new economic growth points, facilitate the industrial upgrade and transformation, save energy and reduce emission and improve people’s living. It will play an important role in sustainable economic development.

Project Progress:

The environmental industry park has built single and multiple storey factory buildings and office buildings. Based upon the design of standard workshop buildings, the construction of the buildings will meet the different users’ demands. The factory buildings may add more storey and unloading platforms, and the floors may be reinforced. Now the main structures of the first phase have been roofed and are expected to be completed in November 2016. More than 10 companies have already signed agreements to move in the industrial park.

Plan of Implementation:

It is planned to introduce the projects with advanced environmental products, technology and equipment into the industrial park. The platforms of the industrial park are able to invest and incubate good projects which have a favorable development prospects.

Co-operation Form: Leasing or selling workshop buildings.

Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner:

The industrial park can provide standard factory buildings with complete infrastructure and supporting facilities.

Status of Chinese Partner:

China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Corporation is the only central enterprise engaged in energy saving, emission reduction and environmental industry in China. The company plans to build the first green architecture demonstration zone in which environmental industry cluster will gather, covering a land area of 640 mu, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan. The industrial park is developed according to the standard of green architecture, featuring of commerce, R&D, production, showcase, incubation etc. The environmental industry park is located in the southern Taihu lake new and high technology zone in Wuxing District, Huzhou City.

项目名称:丝绸小镇开发项目

项目背景及建设条件: 

丝绸小镇是浙江省省委省政府确定的首批特色小镇项目。该项目由吴兴区政府负责实施,重点打造为集丝绸产业、历史遗存、文化观光为一体的城市旅游项目。小镇由四大功能片区构成:“创意新丝巢”文创度假片区、“丝路夜明珠”丝绸创意消费片区、“浪漫丝艺园”蚕桑丝织技艺片区、“风尚丝绸秀”丝绸时尚中心片区。

项目准备或进展情况:

丝绸小镇一级开发平台公司“浙江丝绸小镇建设开发有限公司”已完成注册。丝绸小镇基础设施建设目前已累计投入14亿元。其中,区域内已基本完成拆迁;8公里环漾公路建设、180万方水体清淤已完成;湿地公园、婚庆一期公园和潘季驯纪念园已建成,并对市民开放;上实(洲际)度假酒店已完成主体施工,计划2016年年底开业;钱山漾文化交流中心(书画院)已基本建成,目前正已启动运营策划,计划2016年下半年对外开放;小镇客厅、丝路婚庆园、丝织技艺非遗传承人工作室等项目已启动建设。

项目建设规模和建设内容:

丝绸小镇核心区规划面积6.38平方公里,其中水面、桑园5平方公里,建设用地1450亩。本次计划推出实行PPP合作的主要涉及丝绸产业园区、丝绸历史街区、丝绸文化艺术区三大板块,预计建筑体量66万平米,预计总投资20亿元。

项目中方情况简介:

丝绸小镇位于湖州市城市副中心--吴兴区东部新城,2015年3月,小镇所在西山漾景区被住建部命名为“国家城市湿地公园”;2015年6月,丝绸小镇成功入选浙江省首批“特色小镇”。丝绸小镇采取“政企合作、商业投入、共同开发”的开发运营模式,项目开发周期约5年,共投资建设25个项目,总投资约51亿,预计建成后每年新增营业收入50亿,税收3亿元,提供1万人口就业机会。

Project: Silk Specialty Town Development Project

Project Background and Conditions:

The silk town project is first batch of specialty towns projects decided by Zhejiang provincial government. The implementation of the project is responsible by Wuxing district government. The purposes of the project are to build a tourist resort featuring of silk industry, history and heritages and cultural tour. The silk town is composed of four functional areas, recreational area, consumption area, silk technique area and silk fashion area.

Project Progress:

Zhejiang Silk Town Construction and Development Co., Ltd., as the developer of the silk town, has been registered. Now an investment of 1.4 billion yuan has been put in the infrastructure construction of the silk town project. The demolition and relocation in the site has been completed basically. 8 km long lake highway and 180 m3 dredging have already been finished as well. The wetland park, the wedding park phase I and Pan’s memorial have been completed and open to the public. The main structure of Shangshi holiday hotel has been finished and will open in the end of 2016. Qianshan lake cultural exchange center (painting and calligraphy academy) has finished construction basically, and is now working on operation planning and will open to the public in the second half of the year. The projects – little town guest room, silk road wedding garden and the intangible cultural inheritors’ studio for silk techniques, have start construction.

Plan of Implementation:

The planned core area of the project is 6.38 km2, of which the areas of water and mulberry field are 5 km2, construction land of 1,450 mu. The PPP collaboration projects which are launched this time include silk industry park, silk historical street, and silk cultural art zone, three parts, expected building area of 660,000 m2 and with a total investment of 2 billion yuan.

Status of Chinese Partner:

Silk Specialty Town is located in the eastern new city of Wuxing District, known as a sub-center of Huzhou City. The west mountain lake scenic zone where the specialty town is based was named by Ministry of Housing and Construction as the national city wetland park in March 2015, and was successfully elected the first batch of specialty towns by Zhejiang province in June 2015. The operation principle of public-private cooperation, business investment and joint development will be followed in the project development. The total period of the project development is about five years, and totally investing and building 25 projects with a total investment of 5.1 billion yuan. It is anticipated to newly add business incomes of 5 billion and taxation of 300 million yuan each year and it will offer 10,000 people job opportunities.

项目名称:美妆小镇化妆品产业项目

化妆品作为时尚产业,已列入浙江省着力打造的七大万亿产业之一,并且国内外市场持续扩张,产业发展势头迅猛。吴兴区化妆品产业基础扎实,现已形成了珀莱雅、美诺日化等企业为龙头,楚成、华田、合盛等配套企业齐备的化妆品产业链。在此背景下,谋划建设美妆小镇,通过特色小镇的创建加快产业转型升级,培育新的经济增长点。小镇实行“公司+基金+政府”的运作模式,合力打造“政-产-融-网”四位一体的建设战略,即“在政府支持的基础上,以产业为主导,以资本为助力,结合互联网要素”,打造产融结合的化妆品产业集聚区。

项目准备或进展情况:

湖州市和吴兴区高度重视美妆小镇建设,专门成立推进小组和管委会。目前美妆小镇总体规划设计方案已确定,进入控规编制阶段。正大力推进平台基础设施建设,整体框架初见雏形,主干道施工和场平工程正在加速推进,一期化妆品产业核区域已完成土地场平近700亩。已成功引进韩佛化妆品、衍宇包材、上美化妆品、科技孵化中心、翔鸣化妆品、U2B化妆品、合盛包装等7家实体企业。同时,排定了总部检测大楼、美妆文化园、美妆博物馆、情景商业街等10个公建配套项目和创业大道、小羊山路等18个基础设施建设项目,为承载项目入驻、全产业链拓展打下坚实基础。

项目建设规模和建设内容:

Project Background and Conditions:

The cosmetic industry, as a fashion industry, has been listed in seven 1000 billion industries by Zhejiang province. The domestic and international market demands for cosmetics increase rapidly. The cosmetic industry develops sharply. Wuxing has laid a solid foundation for the development of cosmetic industry. A complete cosmetic industrial chain has been taken shape, leading by major cosmetic companies such as Proya and Menow, and supported by the companies like Chucheng, Huatian and Hesheng etc. With such a background, we plan to build a cosmetics specialty town. A economic growth point will be cultivated by building the specialty town to speed up the transformation and upgrade of the industry. The specialty town will practice the operation model of company + Funds +Government, and implement new development strategy to build cosmetic industry agglomeration zone.

Project Progress:

Huzhou Municipality and Wuxing District have attached great importance to the construction of the cosmetics specialty town. A leading team and administrative committee have been established to boost the project implementation. At present, the overall plan and design for the cosmetics town has been determined. Now the infrastructure construction for the platform is under way and the overall framework has been formed. The main road construction and leveling is ongoing. Leveling 700 mu of land used by the first phase of the project has completed. A number of major cosmetics and supporting companies have been introduced successfully into the park, such as Hanbul Cosmetics, Yonwoo Cosmetic Packing, Shanghai Shangmei Cosmetics, Sci-tech Incubation Center, Hangzhou Xiangming Cosmetics, U2B Cosmetics, Hesheng Packing etc. Furthermore, we have planned ten public-invested supporting projects including Head Office Testing Building, Cosmetics Museum, Commercial Street etc. as well as 18 infrastructure construction projects (such as road construction etc.), which will lay a solid foundation for the project implementation and industrial chain expansion.

Plan of Implementation:

The industrial park plans to introduce high-end cosmetic industry and supporting projects, and build a complete industrial chain for cosmetics production.

The cosmetics specialty town is located at Daixi Branch, Wuxing Economic Development Zone, which was the second batch of specialty town in Zhejiang province. The park covers a total planned area of 3.28 km2, of which 1.33 km2 is the core construction area. The overall layout of the park is divided into cosmetic industry area, industrial service area, tourism and recreation area, creativity experience area. The construction goal is to build the best cosmetics production base, demonstrate environmentally friendly development and be a new model for the specialty town. This will become a cosmetic industry cluster center of China, cosmetic culture experience center and international fashion and cosmetics exhibition center.

The industrial park is located in Wuxing district, Huzhou city, enjoying obvious location advantages. It has the conditions to become an industrial hub. With the rapid development of this region, the logistics and other supporting facilities have been perfected. This region has become an important node for economic framework restructure, extension of industrial chains, technology and capitals output and industrial gradient transfer of all areas in Yangtze River Delta. In addition, With the improvement of people’s living standard, the automobile demand has increased rapidly. So the market prospects for auto parts industry are quite broad.

Project Progress:

The road construction of project site has started up. The water supply, heating, electric power and sewage treatment facilities have been completed.

Plan of Implementation:

The planned area of the park is 2.5 km2, with a planned total investment of 18.75 billion yuan. The industrial park will focus on introduction of companies on advanced equipment manufacturing. 目前在谈的并且谈成可能性很大的项目有6个,其中涉及永磁变频电机、电机自动化设备、高端家用电机等产业,用地约330亩。预计总投资28.0亿元,其中固定资产投资21.77亿元,投产后预计实现销售收入47.5亿元,新增税收1.55亿元。产业园将于2016年开始启动。

Project: Motors Industry Park

Project Background and Conditions:

Nanxun Economic Development Zone now has 33 motor-making companies leading by Nanyang, Yueqiu and Weikang three major motor makers, capable of producing 120 million sets of motors of all kinds and occupying 15% of the domestic market shares, of which the motors for laundry machines have taken up more than 60% of the domestic market shares. Somfy France, the biggest company in the global motor industry, has set up a motor factory in Nanxun Development Zone.

Project Progress:

The feasibility study report has been completed.

Plan of Implementation:

The high-end motor industry park in Nanxun Development Zone covers a land of 500 mu and will mainly introduce the R&D, production and testing projects on high-end inverter motors, servo motors and industrial purpose large power motors as well as parts and control systems. This will upgrade the motor industry cluster in the development zone and increase its output. It is planned to take three years to build a modern industrial cluster with clear features. At present, six motor projects are in negotiation and very possibly successful. These projects will concern to PM inverter motors, motor automatic equipment and high-end motors for appliances, covering a land area of 330 mu. The estimated total investment amounts to 2.8 billion yuan, of which the fixed asset investment stands at 2.2 billion yuan. The annual sales incomes of 4.75 billion yuan will be expected to realized after the projects put into production, newly increasing taxation of 155 million. The industrial park will start up in 2016.

湖笔小镇面积4.08平方公里(建设用地面积为3.39平方公里),其中核心区约1.34平方公里,预计总投资30亿元。小镇空间布局分为“一核三轴四区”,“一核”指湖笔小镇文化核心,“三轴”是生态景观轴、文化体验轴和休闲度假轴,“四区”是古镇文化旅游区、商贸配套服务区、休闲观光拓展服务区和湖笔文化产业集聚区。

古镇文化旅游区,依托建筑特色、水乡机理、原汁原味的文脉,致力打造集古镇观光、餐饮宿舍、民俗体验为一体的旅游古镇。建设内容有:原味民俗街区、创意生活街区、滨水休闲街区和静心禅韵街区等项目。

商贸配套服务区,致力于打造善琏第一商业中心。建设内容有:书画艺术品交易中心、环保创意集市、新方式生活中心、餐饮文化体验区、善琏民俗商城及游客集散中心等项目。

Project: Hu Writing Brushes Specialty Town

Project Background and Conditions:

Shanlian town is located in the south of Nanxun district, Huzhou city, 45 kilometers away from Huzhou city proper and 70 kilometers away from Hangzhou. The town covers an area of 55 km2 with a population of 32,000. The town, as a part of Hangzhou-Jiaxing-Huzhou water net plain, has rich water system. In the town there are small bridges over flowing stream and the bank of the small river is edged by stone. It fully shows charm of a water town in the south of Yangtze River. As the birthplace of Chinese Hu writing brushes culture and silkworm culture, Shanlian is reputed as the capital of Hu writing brushes and holy land of silkworm flowers. In June 2015, Shanlian Hu writing brushes town was listed in the first batch of specialty towns by Zhejiang province.

Project Progress:

The planning for Hu writing brushes specialty town has been finished and the infrastructure construction has started. The development framework has gradually stretched.

Plan of Implementation:

Hu writing brushes specialty town covers a land of 4.08 km2 (of which the area of construction land is 3.39 km2). The core area is about 1.34 km2. The estimated total investment stands at 3 billion yuan. The town layout can be described as one nucleus, three axis and four areas. One nucleus means the cultural core of the town, three axis mean eco landscapes, culture experience, and recreation and tourism, and four areas mean ancient town cultural resort, commercial service area, recreation and service area, and Hu writing brushes cultural industry area.

Ancient Town Culture Resort includes folk customs street, creativity living street, riverside recreation street, and retreat and zen program.

Commercial Service Area includes painting calligraphy artworks market, environmentally friendly creativity fair, new living style center, restaurants, Shanlian folk customs commercial city and tourist distribution centre.

Recreation and Service Area includes healthcare, sports park, painting calligraphy institute, Chinese traditional learning culture park, artists’ home and creativity workshop etc.

Hu Writing Brushes Cultural Industry Area includes Hu writing brushes hand-making, spare articles, recreation, logistics and e-commerce etc.

As the number of cars in China is dramatically increasing year by year, the domestic market prospects for auto parts are broad and bright. In order to grasp this unique development opportunity, the management of Huzhou Twin-lions Chains Drive Co., Ltd. has decided to promote the development of auto parts industry in Shuanglin town by this auto parts production project. By taking advantages of the preferential industrial policy in Shuanglin Industrial Park and existing industry, the new project will phase out the lagging production capacity and build new industry in collaboration with foreign partners.

Project Progress:

The existing workshops, office building and production lines are available and are able to put into operation immediately.

Plan of Implementation:

The factory, covering a land area of 20 mu, is reserve capacity. The project will focus on cooperation with auto parts companies.

Co-operation Form: We will collaborate with the foreign partners in the form of joint venture.

Project: Electromechanical and Information Industry Park

Project Background and Conditions:

Lianshi Town, Nanxun District of Huzhou City, was listed in the second batch of pilot towns that are planned to built into small sized cities by Zhejiang Province. At present, we are working on building a new electrical city in this water town of Zhejiang northern part, and focus on the development of new and high technology industry represented by intelligent elevators and motors manufacturing sectors. The infrastructure facilities in the industrial park have been perfected, enjoying easy access. Three leading industries, e.g. metallic materials, textiles and apparels and equipment manufacturing, have been formed in the park, which will gradually becomes an important cluster zone for new and high technology industry. In order to speed up the construction of the provincial new and high technology park, it is planned to a land area of 1300 mu to develop electromechanical equipment manufacturing and high technology industry. The supporting facilities in the area have been completed. We are able to offer sufficient development opportunities and excellent supports and service to the companies operated in the park.

Project Progress:

The feasibility study for the project has been finished.

Plan of Implementation:

The project site is located in Lianshi new and high technology industry park, covering a total area of 1300 mu, which can be divided according to the requirements of the specific projects, and giving priority to invite projects in information and electromechanical industry. The investment density of not less than 3 million yuan per mu is required. The taxation per mu shall not be less than 200,000 yuan after the project reaches the production target.

Co-operation Form: The form of cooperation for the projects is not limited.

Lianshi New and High Technology Industry Park administrative committee and service center has personnel to serve the projects and companies that will be set up in the development zone, and assists in arranging all formalities The investors will enjoy the preferential policies promulgated by Huzhou municipal and Nanxun district governments. Status of Chinese Partner:

Lianshi Industrial Park was established in 2000 upon approval by Huzhou Municipal Government, covering a planned area of 4.86 km2. Project background and construction conditions:

The park covers a planned area of 10 km2 and over 10,000 mu land has been developed. The project has engaged Esteban Consultants from Germany to conduct an overall planning according to the first class standards in Europe and Asia for automobile industry bases, and will build the world best intelligent electric vehicle R&D and manufacturing park. There are a number of leading enterprises such as Enchi Automobiles, MicroVast Power, Chuangya Power Battery, Beidou Special Service, which have set up their projects in the park. More than 30 major companies in the fields of electric vehicle R&D and manufacturing, internet of vehicles, motors, controls and power battery etc, have gathered in the park. The project plans to build a specialty town for intelligent electric automobile, which will become a domestic and international leader in the electric automobile industry.

Project progress: All infrastructure facilities in the park, main road, greening, water, electricity and gas supply, commercial supporting, logistics and information etc., have been completed. The major projects of Enchi Automobiles, MicroVast Power, Tenowo, have finished construction and are all in operation. Now in the park, there are 18 projects under construction, with a total investment of more than RMB 6 billion.

Plan of ImplementationThe estimated total investment for the project exceeds RMB 50 billion. The government will invest in infrastructure construction, and build a base for design, manufacturing, showcase and marketing, and a theme cultural park for automobiles, automobile industry incubator, financial platform, commerce and logistics complex etc.

Cooperation Form: We are seeking the companies or venture teams which possess core technologies and financial strength in the related industrial fields to set up ventures in our park.

Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner: The park will offer convenient commercial and living supporting facilities, canteens, dormitories and conference hall etc. The development zone administrative committee can provide commercial agency service and full range service for industrial incubation. The investors may build the factory buildings by themselves, or lease and sell their property. We are able to offer supporting capitals and industrial guidance funds to the technological enterprises.

Status of Chinese Partner: Established in 1992, Huzhou Economic and Technology Development Zone is among the first batch of development zones approved by Zhejiang provincial government. San Marino-Italy Sci-Tech Industry Park is a China-Europe cooperation platform for high technology industry set up in Huzhou Economic and Technology Development Zone. The objectives of this project are to build a industrial platform, through which the high technology industry from both of the areas is able to collaborate and yields profits. The sci-tech industry park is established by Republic of San Marino by law. In order to introduce advanced sci-tech companies, the San Marino government has legislated and allows the foreign corporates which set up their companies in the industrial park to enjoy preferential tax treatment and other policy supports in accordance with internationally accepted regulations. As a party of this agreement, the industrial park will vigorously promote the collaborations between the international companies registered in San Marino and their Chinese counterparts, and further open Chinese market. Due to the limitation of San Marino's territory, the San Marino government has decided that those foreign companies registered in its territory of 61 km2 will enjoy the preferential policy promulgated by the San Marino-Italy Industry Park if they have signed agreements with the authority of the industrial park.

Project Progress:  The park planning has been completed. Now two projects have signed agreements and another two projects have signed letters of intent. Three projects are under negotiation.

The industries giving priority to development in the park are biopharmaceutical and medical instruments, energy saving and environmental protection, new energy automobile, auto parts and supporting facilities, advanced equipment manufacturing, brand consuming products, financial service sector etc.

Project Progress:

Now the resettlement at the site is underway and will be finished by the end of 2017. The construction of the infrastructure and supporting facilities are proceeding on schedule as well.

The project covers a land area of 270 mu, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan, and will build commercial center, restaurants, recreation and cultural facilities and residences. The project will attract enormous number of people to live and consume in the development zone.

Project Background and Conditions:

Founded by Dr. Sheng Lu in Huzhou development zone, the Corigine Electronics Technology Project adopts new architecture design and source code with proprietary intellectual property rights and has made great progress after the team's R&D for nearly one year. On August 28, 2016, the USB3.0 USB Embedded Host IP developed by Corigine successfully passed the USB-IF certification test of International Standard Organization. Thus Corigine becomes the domestic first supplier and the fifth supplier in the world for this product which has been certified by ISO. It is the first time that a Chinese company made such a great technological breakthrough in the field of high speed data interface IP. It means that the Chinese company has really owned the core intellectual property in this field.

Now the Corigine's Team is implementing the R&D of USB3.1, and developing internet search tool TCAM chips etc.

Project Progress:

The construction of infrastructure facilities in the park has been completed and the industrial land is able to be transferred. Now the park is inviting investment from the outside.

Plan of Implementation:

The industrial park covers an area of 400 mu. The commercial square in front of high-speed station is supported by Huzhou railway hub and is planned to build a new urban commercial circle gathering high-end talents and developed service sector. It will become new urban sight of Huzhou city, The commercial and office buildings will be clustering and landmarks with the railway station square will demonstrate the modern feels.

Huzhou Economic and Technology Development Zone is situated at the northwest of Huzhou City, only a river apart from the old city. Leaning by the old city and confronting to the vast Taihu Lake, the development zone is the core of the southern Taihu lake industrial agglomeration. It was among the first batch of provincial-level development zone approved by the provincial government in August 1992 and was upgraded to the national-level by the State Council in March 2010. The development zone covers an administrative jurisdiction area of 144 square kilometers with four sub-districts of a planning area of 100 square kilometers, dividing into Phoenix sub-district, Southwest sub-district, Xisai Mountian sub-district, Kangshan Mountain sub-district four functional districts. The corporate headquarter economy and cultural industry park is located in the eastern part of Taihu Lake Resort, covering a land area of 100 mu. Mt. Bian is located in the northwestern part of Huzhou central city proper. It is the main mountain of Huzhou with an altitude of 521 meters. Xiaomei Hill, at the slope of Mt. Bian, faces beautiful Taihu Lake. Its peak with an altitude of 77 meters has a pleasant outlook over the vast Taihu Lake. In recent years, many experts, scholars and people from all walks of life proposed to build a new cultural resort in Xiaomei Hill, combining with Fahua Temple and Mt. Bian Kwan-yin culture and demonstrating beautiful scenery of Taihu Lake and Mt. Bian.

Project Progress: 

The project is inviting the outside investment.

Plan of Implementation:

Covering a land area of 91 mu, the project is planned to build a Kwan-yin cultural resort in Xiaomei Hill, taking advantages of its unique location on the side of Taihu Lake. The three scenery spots Taihu Lake, Buddha statue and Mt. Bian will be put together in series. Meanwhile, renovating of the existing hotels down the hill and improving the surrounding environment, the project will build a new little town for vacation spending by Taihu Lake. The project investment totals 150 million US dollars.

The biopharmaceutical sector in Deqing started its development in 1980’s. The biopharmaceutical industry base of Deqing county was named as the State Torch Program Deqing biopharmaceutical industry specialty base and the state technological innovation base for biopharmaceutical industry by the state ministry of sci-tech and the ministry of commerce in August 2008 and September 2009. In September 2010, the provincial government elected the industrial cluster of Deqing’s biopharmaceutical sector into the list of model zones in Zhejiang province where the massive economic are transformed and upgraded to modern industrial cluster.

Project Progress:

In order to forge a biopharmaceutical valley in Yangtze River Delta, Deqing county plans to set up a biopharmaceutical industry park at the northeastern part of Deqing Economic Development Zone, covering a planned area of about 10 km2.

Plan of Implementation:

The project will give priorities to developing biopharmaceutical sector and fostering a number of biopharmaceutical companies with international competitiveness, and focuses on developing pearl deep processing, bio-health product, bio-cosmetics, medical cold chain equipment, low-temperature medical refrigerators and freezers, transfusion system, sterile gauzes and healthcare apparatus etc.

Co-operation Form:

The foreign investors may set up their wholly owned ventures in the industrial park.

Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner:

Each of the investment projects in biopharmaceutical industry will enjoy preferential treatment. If a project in the park is recognized as being set up by international and domestic leading talents, teams for innovation as well as high level entrepreneurs, various financial aid, such as start-up capitals and leading talents aid, will be awarded. The park will also offer the research institutes and researchers who settle in the park lots of helps, - medical insurance, benefits and dormitory for talents. Status of Chinese Partner:

Established in July 1992, Deqing Economic Development Zone (New  High-tech  Industrial Park), formerly known as Mt. Mogan Economic Development Zone, was among the first batch of provincial level development zones ratified by Zhejiang Provincial Government in October 1993. After reviewing and ratification by the state development and reform commission again, it was renamed as Zhejiang Deqing Economic Development Zone, and promoted to Zhejiang Provincial New High-tech Industrial Park in 2010. The new high-tech industrial park is divided into new high-tech industrial development area, trade and business area, advanced manufacturing upgrade area, R&D and innovation area, urban landscape renovation area and eco-friendly recreation service area, six functional areas, with high-end equipment manufacturing, biopharmaceutical and electronics and IT three leading industries. There are a number of public listed companies in the park, such as Zuoli Pharmaceutical, Shenghua Biok, Tubao etc.

Project Background and Conditions:

In order to integrate with Hangzhou City more closely and optimize regional distribution and foster the next economic growth pole in the county, Deqing county government proposed new measures to promote the industrial agglomeration. The construction of the neighboring-Hangzhou industrial area can facilitate the separated development area to transform its functions from single to multiple functions and diversity, and further integrate and utilze the existing resources and accelerate the county economic transformation and escalation, and enhance the comprehensive strength of the regional economy.

Project Progress:

Roland Berger Strategy Consultants finished its strategic planning for this project in September 2009, while in December 2009 Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Urban and Rural Planning and Design completed the overall plan for the neighboring-Hanghzou industrial park. After that, the road design, engineering feasibility study and preliminary design have been engaged. The construction of the infrastructure facilities kicked off in 2010.

Plan of Implementation:

The neighboring-Hanghzou industrial area covers a total planned area of 41.47 km2. The central area of the equipment manufacturing industrial park covers an area of 35.3 km2. For the purposes of developing strategic new industry and high-tech industry, the industrial area has planned an area of 17.5 km2 newly to develop general aviation industry and build provincial-level high-tech industrial base.

The cooperation form for this project is not limited. The foreign investors may set up its companies in the park in the form of the wholly owned and joint venture etc.

Project Background and Conditions:

The general aviation, as one of two pillars of civil aviation industry, boasts the advantages of safety and high efficiency, easy access and service diversity. It not only offers specialized aviation service to the national economic construction, but also plays an irreplaceable role in major natural disasters, rapid responses of public emergencies of the nation. The construction of aviation base can effectively introduce, cultivate and develop the leading companies in general aviation field at home and broad, and boost the general aviation manufacturing and service sector in Zhejiang province, which will cultivate new growth point for strategic new industry and facilitate the transformation and escalation of the industry in the province.                                                                  

Project Progress: 

The project proposal – the development plan for the provincial-level high-tech industrial base for general aviation in Deqing county passed through the evaluation and review on Nov. 24, 2011. The title of Deqing General Aviation High-tech Industrial Base was granted in 2012. The airport site selection and runway design have been approved, and now it’s under construction.

Plan of Implementation:

Deqing Provincial-level High-tech Industrial Base for General Aviation covers a total area of about 20.5 km2, of which an area of 17.5 km2 is sited in the southern part of Neighboring Hangzhou Industrial Park in Deqing county. Now the leading team works to promote the general aviation airport construction in Deqing, vigorously introduce and cultivate the manufacturing and service enterprises related to general aviation industry, and promote the industrial development such as aircraft sales, maintenance and service and R&D etc.

Co-operation Form:

The development and construction of general aviation industrial base are engaged. The collaboration with relevant enterprises and investment are promoted.

Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner:

The land which meets the requirements of three supplies and one leveling is available, able to be provided to the companies that are settled in the industrial base. The infrastructure facilities which supplies water, electric power and telecommunication are perfected and are able to meet the demands of the enterprises. The projects recognized as “big, good and high-tech project” are eligible for preferential treatment and policy support.

Status of Chinese Partner:

Project: Geographical Information Industry Park

Project Background and Conditions:

The state has put the development of geographical information industry into the twelfth five-year development plan. The provincial government has a high regard to the development of geo-information industry as well. In order to grasp the important opportunities for the development of geo-information industry, and taking into account of high demands for geo-information technology in the future, abundant private capitals in Zhejiang and other advantages, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Survey and Geo-information and Deqing County Government jointly proposed to set up Zhejiang provincial geo-information industrial park in May 2011. The project will be settled in the kernel area of Sci-tech New City in Deqing, and built in three phases with a planned area of 1970 mu. The first phase covers a land area of 508 mu.

Project Progress:

The construction of the industrial building on state remote sensing land block was completed in October 2014, and now the companies have moved into the building and put into operation. It is anticipated that Zhengyuan Information Industrial Building will finish in the end of 2015. Its roof has always been built. The other buildings – IC Technology Building, Geo-information Industry Incubation Building and Technology Transfer Center Building, are under construction. Their main structures and roofs plan to be completed in the end of 2015. The other projects, Zhongchuang Technology Park, talent dormitory, the permanent venue for UN Global Geo-information International Forum as well as other 18 projects for geo-information innovation teams, will begin to implement in the mid of 2015.

Plan of Implementation:

According to the project development plan that the project starts up in one year, takes shape in three years and finishes the construction of the industrial park in five years, Zhejiang provincial geo-information industrial park plans to accomplish an investment of RMB 10 billion, introduce more than 100 various geo-information enterprises, achieve an annual sales amount of RMB 30 billion, annual profit and tax of RMB 3 billion with employment of more than 20,000 people. We strive to build it into a national-level base which will drive the geo-information industry in Yangtze River Delta, and is influential in China and even in the world.

The E-commerce Park is located at 2 Luhui Road, the national-level Changxing Economic and Technology Development Zone. It takes less than 7 minutes to drive from the project site to the high-speed railway station, bus terminal, railway station, downtown and the entrance and exit of expressways.

Project Progress: 

A R&D building with a building area of 5500 m2 has been finished, able to accommodate about 20 e-commerce companies. Other completed buildings include the warehouse with an area of 11751 m2, gate chamber, electric power distribution room, dining hall Phase I. The dinning hall plans to open in October this year. Nowadays, there have been several e-commerce and supporting companies, such as YTO express delivery, STO express delivery, Yikaxi brand handbags, settling in the park.

Plan of Implementation:

The e-commerce park covers a land area of 56 mu, with a total building area of 44,752 m2. It is planned to build a three-story R&D building, an eight-story office complex, two four-story warehouses, a five-story residential building as well as gate chamber, electric power distribution room and dining hall.

The industrial park is located in the provincial-level central town, Heping Town in the southern part of Changxing County, which is known as the Center of China Green Energy. Until now, the park construction with a framework of 6 km2 long and a developing area of 4 km2 has started. Nearly 100 companies, including one Fortune 500 and three public listed companies, have been moved into the park. The industrial park has formed new energy and equipment manufacturing two pillar industries. The industrial park reached a total industrial output of RMB 14.7 billion in 2012.                                                               

Project Progress: 

The land requisition and leveling have been finished. The construction for road, afforestation, pipe networks, gas and electric power supply and other supporting facilities has been completed.

Plan of Implementation:

Project I covers a land area of 52.1 mu and will introduce the projects on equipment manufacturing and new energy according to the plan, with a total investment of RMB 150 million, registered capitals of RMB 50 million. The investment intensity will be higher than RMB 3 million per mu.

Project II, covering a land area of 112.4 mu, will introduce equipment manufacturing industry or new energy industry, with a total investment of RMB 300 million and registered capitals of RMB 100 million. The investment intensity will be higher than RMB 3 million per mu.

Project III, covering a land area of 152 mu, will introduce equipment manufacturing or new energy projects according to the plan, with a total investment of RMB 400 million and registered capitals of RMB 120 million. The investment intensity will be higher than RMB 3 million per mu.

At present, an ornamental stone trading market has been formed in Baixian Town, Changxing County where it borders Anhui and Jiangsu provinces. In 2012, this market reached an annual turnover of RMB 200 million. In order to preserve and utilize the unique local natural resources for ornamental stones in a better way, Changxing county government has declared the title of the Village of Chinese Ornamental Stones (or Changxing Taihu Lake Stones) to the relevant authority, and promulgated a series of conservation measures such as “the temporary provisions for conserving and managing the resources of the ornamental stones in Changxing County”. This project is planned to build Taihu Lake stone cultural park in which the ornamental stone shows, visits and marketing activities are engaged.

Project Progress:

The project proposal and plan have been completed. The land requisition has finished. The business and show place has opened to public for investment. The Taihu Lake Stone Culture Research Association is prepared to be established now.

Plan of Implementation:

The project covers a land area of 120 mu, in which 30 mu is construction land with a building area of 16,000 m2. The estimated total investment for the project amounts to RMB 300 million. 项目建设规模和内容:

新能源小镇选址于长兴县画溪街道,规划面积3.2平方公里,建设面积1.2平方公里。按照产业、文化、旅游“三位一体”和生产、生活、生态融合发展的要求,将新能源小镇打造成新能源产业发展集聚区、清洁能源应用示范区和经济转型升级样板区。具体包括五大功能布局:研发设计功能区、高端制造功能区、文化科普功能区、新能源产品应用区、公共服务功能区。总体上构建“3+X”的产业体系,主导发展新型电池、新能源汽车(含关键零部件)、太阳能光热光伏三大产业,同时加快发展新能源材料、LED新光源等新能源相关产业。此外,积极拓展与主导产业相关联的文化、旅游产业及总部经济、创新孵化、现代信息服务等配套服务。

According to the provincial party committee, the provincial government on planning and construction characteristic town work demands, promote transformation and upgrading of industry, and promoting the healthy, rapid and orderly development of the industry, Changxing tries to build up a "new energy characteristic town".

Zhebei Commercial Square is known as the key supporting project of the service sector in Changxing County. Anji is an important tourist destination in Yangtze river delta. There are a lot of famous scenic spots in the county, such as the bamboo plantation which is the largest in Asia, the Tianhuangping pumped storage power plant of the world's second largest of the kind, the main back scenes for as many as a hundred movies and TV works - Crouched Tiger and Hidden Dragon an Oscar awarded movies, Banquet etc. A number of high-end recreation facilities have put into operation, Hello Kitty, JW Marriott Hotel, Classic 1958, Brook Wave Scenic Spot, Lunar New Year's Day Scenic Town, Pleasure Storm etc. Anji's tourist distribution center with a total investment of 430 million yuan has completed its construction and put into use. A number of major tourism projects, Shanghai Film Anji Movies and TV Industry Park, Water World, Movies Culture Park etc, have started its construction. It is really rare in the province that so many projects have been in operations in such a short time. The operations of these projects have driven rapid growth on tourism sector in Anji county.

After experiencing high growth for about two years, the market survey for car sales shows that a steady growth rate of about 10% will be achieved. Benefitted by the market demands from a export, after sales service market and import substitution, the sales growth for auto parts will be better than the car sales. Because the prices of raw materials is expected to fall and the pressure for car sales in the market is relieved, the performance for the auto parts companies will be improved and better than anticipated.

Now Zhongche rubbers (Anji) Co., Ltd. with a total investment of RMB 4.1 billion, China Ocean Oil (Huzhou) New Energy Co., Ltd. and other companies on NC processing and hardware machinery have set up their factories in the park. The park has laid a solid foundation for the development of automobile industry. The preliminary plan for the project covers a land area of 800 mu and makes new energy cars and special purpose vehicles etc.                                                                   

Project Progress: 

Anji Economic Development Zone Northern Industrial City covers a total planned area of 17.9 km2. In its northern side, Hangzhou-Changxing Expressway links with Shanghai-Jiaxing-Huzhou Expressway. In the future, the site will set up a high speed railway and intercity rail station to connect with the central area of Hangzhou city. Now the 6000-mu land acquisition and relocation for the project has been finished. The infrastructure construction is completed as well. It will become the kernel area for the development of Anji’s industrial economy in the next several years.

Plan of Implementation:

The project plans to cover a land area of 80 mu with a total investment amount of USD 50 million.

The general aviation industry is a new field in China which boasts huge business opportunities. While the project of Large Aeroplanes was launched in China, the low altitude market has been opened gradually and privately owned planes will enter into China market. The state has decided to engage in pilot work to open low altitude in Guangdong, Northeast China and Hainan province, which will boost the further development of the Chinese economy and society. This project plans to develop aviation industry in Anji county. It will promote the industrial transformation and escalation of the interprovincial demonstration zones in Tianzi Lake Industrial Park, Anji County.

Project Progress:

The enterprise name has been authorized. The business license, the taxation registration certificate and the code certificate of organization and institution have been issued. The project record has been done and now the project construction has started up.

Plan of Implementation:

The General Aviation Industrial Base in  Anji County includes airport (runway, parking apron and terminal), airplane hangar, private pilot license training center, youth aviation show, aerocraft assembly workshop, aerocraft show and sales center, general aviation logistics center, aviation club and office buildings. The final goal of the project is to offer supporting service, produce and marketing aerocrafts in the general aviation industry base. Meanwhile, the base will engage the services such as flying experience, sky sightseeing, aviation sports, private pilot license training, urban aviation service, aircraft sales and exhibition, aircraft maintenance and service, club membership flights etc. The total investment of the project amounts RMB 1.32 billion, with an initial investment of RMB 320 million and registered capital of RMB 100 million. The project construction covers a land area of 700 mu and the land requisition for the first phase of project is 400 mu.

Co-operation Form: Foreign wholly owned or joint venture

The project has been invested solely by Zhejiang Chinese Youth International Aviation Club. The first phase of the construction includes 1000 m long and 120 m wide airplane runway, terminal, apron, hangar, aviation club, pilot license training center, office buildings. The second first will have aerocraft assembly workshop, show and sales center, hangar, youth aviation museum and logistics center.

It is the first domestic company for the business airplane portfolio investment, and an advanced air transportation supplier in Pan Asia Pacific, mainly engaged in business aircrafts marketing, leasing, trusteeship, business airplane assets investment and management, as well as capitals management and operation. This center will become the only innovation and industrial platform for UAV test fly, demonstration and exhibition, R&D, training, certification, production and marketing in China.

The innovation building now has put into operation. The staff dormitory is available. The center is inviting the UAV new technology companies to move in.

The numerous visitors are attracted to Anji. The new zone is just at the meeting place of two fine attractions, the source of Huangpu river and the artist Changshuo’s former residence.

Supported by the location advantages, ecological environment, unique culture and history, Anji county education, science and culture new zone has successfully attracted a number of important projects - Zhejiang Provincial Natural Museum, Shanghai Film Anji films and television industrial park, Zhejiang institute of science and technology (also Chinese-German engineer college) and Chinese UAV innovation center etc. Neighboring the new zone, a number of fabulous tourist projects, Cannes films city, Lefantian water world, Mid-south botanical garden etc., has been set up. We strive to build the new zone into a national level cultural industry demonstration zone which will have multiple functions of culture and education, technology R&D and tourism.

湿地养生休闲项目位于省级旅游度假区灵峰度假区内,距离安吉县城约6公里,周边有4A级景区竹博园、佛教圣地灵峰寺、港中旅旅游综合体、绿城桃花源、龙王溪生态健身中心等高端休闲度假项目。

项目建设规模和内容:

项目用地范围334亩,已农转32亩,可根据项目具体规划方案进行周边地块拓展开发。目前已建部分景观用房,建筑面积约1700平方米。项目以湿地环境为特色,建设集养生养老、休闲度假等为一体的高端度假产品。

合作内容与要求:外商独资或中外方合资。

Project: Wetland Resort Construction Project

Project Background and Conditions:

Anji is the first choice destination for rural tourism in Yangtze river delta. The construction of Anji Lingfeng Resort and 25 km-long tourist industry belt have brought out a number of tourist complex and high-end tourist projects, and scenic spots, featuring of astronomical observation,alpine skiing, pandas in bamboo forests, movies and TV base etc. Especially the tour of nature is thriving in Anji, which further forges Anji's famous tourism brand of beautiful countryside. The number of travelers in 2013 reached 10,440,000 with a tourism sector income of 1.8 billion US dollars.

Project Progress:

The wetland resort project is promoted by the provincial level Lingfeng Resort. The project site is 6 kms away from Anji county town. Around the site, there are a number of high-end spots, such as AAAA grade Bamboo Museum, Buddhist Holyland Temple of Lingfeng, Hongkong China Travel Agency Tourist Complex, Green City "Shangri-la", Dragon King Brook Fitness Center etc.

Plan of Implementation:

The project covers an area of 334 mu. The surrounding land will be developed according to the specific project plan. Nowadays, part of buildings with a floorage of 1,700 m2 has been completed. The project featuring of wetland and ecosystem, will build high-end tourist area with the function of healthcare, elderly care, recreation and vacation-spending.

Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner:

The foreign investors will enjoy various preferential investment policies. We will assist the investors in early stage survey, project examination and approval, project construction follow-up service.

Status of Chinese Partner:

The provincial-level Anji Lingfeng Resort has been granted the honor title of Provincial Service Sector Agglomeration Demonstration Zone. Now it works to promote the resort to become the national level tourist zone. The resort governs an area of 52 km2 and is responsible for facilitating investment for the important tourist projects.
